About MIDGRAPH

Purpose: a "SIGGRAPH pre-submission" workshop

To give students (both graduate and undergraduate) a chance to present their (SIGGRAPH) ideas to other students and faculty in an informal setting
To share suggestions and ideas on everyone's work, early drafts of papers and presentations
To improve our chances at SIGGRAPH 2005 and other top-quality venues
To build and foster a Midwestern computer graphics community
